Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply when you use the Solh Sleep Program landing page, purchase or access the program, or contact us about it. The program is currently offered to customers in India and is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Before offering it in another country, Solh may publish country-specific terms, pricing, privacy disclosures and consumer protections.
The program and plans
The Sleep Program is a seven-day educational program focused on sleep habits and stress management. The Self-Serve and Guided plans include the items shown at checkout. Any psychologist sessions, check-ins, guided practices, community access or digital resources are included only where listed for the selected plan. The exact price, taxes, access period and included features shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
Your account and access
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure. Your access is personal, non-transferable and for your own use. You may not copy, resell, publish, share login credentials, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit program materials without Solh's written permission. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the limited permissions needed for Solh to operate the service and respond to you.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment must be completed through the payment options shown at checkout. The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy explains the voluntary guarantee and the request process. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that apply under law.
Health and safety
The program is educational and supportive. It is not medical care, a diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or an emergency service. It does not diagnose or treat insomnia, sleep apnoea or any other sleep disorder. If you have persistent sleep problems, loud snoring, gasping or breathing pauses, severe daytime sleepiness, unusual movements during sleep, or symptoms that affect your safety, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change medication based on program content; consult your prescribing clinician.
No guaranteed outcome
People's sleep patterns and circumstances differ. Solh does not promise that the program will cure insomnia, eliminate stress, improve a specific sleep stage, or produce a particular result within seven days. Your results depend on many factors outside Solh's control. The program offers structured education and practices to help you work on your sleep.
Acceptable use and availability
Please use the program lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, or post unlawful, abusive or infringing material in any community feature. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. We may update or discontinue a feature; where a material change affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users and address any applicable consumer rights.
Third-party services
Payments, hosting, communications and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their own terms may apply to those services. Solh remains responsible for its obligations to you under these Terms and applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solh is not responsible for indirect loss that could not reasonably be anticipated when you purchased the program. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful.
Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Solh will publish the designated grievance officer's name and contact details before launch and handle grievances within applicable timelines.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the program or law. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes to a paid service will not take away rights already provided by law.
