About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Solh Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (“Solh”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit the Sleep Program landing page, purchase or access the program, or contact us about it. We aim to collect only what we need to provide the program, support your purchase and meet our legal obligations.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following information:

• Contact and account details you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Purchase and transaction details, such as the plan purchased, order reference, amount, payment status and refund history. Payment card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider; Solh should not receive or store full payment credentials.
• Program access information, such as enrolment, course progress and support requests, where those functions are enabled.
• Information you choose to include in an email or counselling request. Please do not send information you do not want us to receive.
• Basic technical information, such as device, browser, log and cookie data, if analytics, security or essential site technologies are enabled.

Sleep, stress and health information

The Sleep Program landing page does not currently ask you to submit sleep logs, stress scans or WhatsApp messages. If you choose to share sleep, stress or other health-related information with a counsellor or through a program feature that Solh has enabled, we will use it only to respond to you, deliver that feature, support your participation, protect safety where necessary, and meet legal obligations.

How we use information

We use information to process enrolment and payment; provide access to the program and any selected support; respond to questions and refund requests; maintain service security and prevent misuse; improve the program using appropriately limited operational information; send essential service messages; and comply with applicable law. We send promotional messages only where permitted, and you can opt out of marketing communications.

When we share information

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us operate the site, process payments, deliver communications, host the program or provide customer support. They may use information only to perform their services for us and must protect it under their contractual obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to address a safety or security issue, or in connection with a corporate restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including required financial, tax, dispute and security records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Access to sensitive information should be limited to people who need it to provide the service.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct or erase personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of marketing. Children

The Sleep Program is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly invite children to create an account or submit information for this program. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

We may update this policy when the service, our practices or applicable law changes. We will post the latest version here with its effective date.
